WELCOME TO OUR FIREFLY HOME
Welcome to
our riverside firefly home
From tiny lights beside a home to a place for sharing.
Come unwind and discover how we live alongside nature.

OUR BEGINNING
A spark by the river
Hinghoy Harmony began with a memorable discovery by Khun Kamol Eawsivikul (คุณกมล เอี้ยวศิวิกูล) of Mida Assets Public Company Limited: tiny firefly lights beside his home in the city. That evening's beauty inspired him to care for this space as a “home for fireflies” and share the wonder of nature with visitors.
What began as a private space gradually became a restaurant and a place of learning by the Chao Phraya. Here, the pleasure of a shared meal meets a commitment to environmental conservation, so that visitors and small creatures can share this space.

Knowledge shared by experts from both universities
KNOWLEDGE & CONSERVATION
Caring for the fireflies’ home
through an understanding of nature
The project's ecosystem design and care draw on expertise from Kasetsart University, led by firefly researcher Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anchana Thancharoen (รศ.ดร.อัญชนา ท่านเจริญ) and Assoc. Prof. Alisara Menakanit (รศ.อลิศรา มีนะกนิษฐ) from the Department of Horticulture, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Parichat Laksanawimol (ผศ.ดร.ปาริฉัตร ลักษณะวิมล) from Chandrakasem Rajabhat University. Their knowledge helps create conditions suited to fireflies throughout their life cycle, from eggs and larvae to adults.
TWO HABITATS, ONE SHARED HOME
Two habitats for different lives
The riverside zone
A home for brackish-water fireflies
Natural vegetation and grasses are preserved to maintain suitable moisture, making the riverbank a supportive habitat for fireflies.
The pond and shaded garden zone
A home for freshwater fireflies
A water circulation system, freshwater snails as food for firefly larvae, and bankside plants such as hanging-flower thalia help support fireflies at each stage of their life cycle.
A LIVING LEARNING SPACE
Walk slowly, look closely
and discover something special along the way
Beneath the original trees, including a coral tree preserved on an island in the water, every corner of our riverside firefly home invites you closer to nature. Signs along the paths share the stories of living creatures and the importance of biodiversity.
Our care for nature is also reflected in our food and drinks, including le Lumpu, a drink that expresses the character of this place. We hope every visit offers time to unwind, along with memories and a love of nature to take home.

“Be a firefly and light up your surroundings, without needing a reason.”
Be like a firefly, bringing a little light to those around you
without needing a reason.
